Review summary
This was only my second cruise. The experience aboard the Mardi Gras was so much better than the Royal Caribbean cruise out of Galveston, Texas they really can't be compared. Everything was so well thought out in the ship design and the crew really treated me well, which did not happen on the Royal Caribbean ship. The shore excursions were well organized and fun. I had a great time, and will be cruising with Carnival again.Embarkation
