Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Didn't care for MDR, Pizza was ok, Rudi's was ok (if ordering stuffed lobster or crab cake they add a lot of Mayo),and the buffet was ok, but Chef's Table, Fahrenheit 555, Emerils, ChiBang, Cucina del Capitano, Guys burger (Guys Pig & Anchor for breakfast..not good though), Big Chicken (preferred the chicken biscuit to the lunch) Deli was good, Street eats was really good! Loved the Hurricane's at Brass Magnolia (Nathan made the best one's)!! Loved the Fortune Teller bar, lots of fun drinks to try, couldn't find seat at Alchemy bar so sat at table and had a drink and it was very good. My husband made repeat trips to the bar at Central stage and loved them, we visited Red Frog Tiki bar a lot and Viktoria, and Yudhi were fabulous! Already planning our next trip

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
So much to do...we took activities at a slower pace (plenty to do). We only missed one comedian (so almost all comedy shows), Let's Make a deal (wished they offered it a couple nights, we almost missed this one), Bingo several nights, Dive-In movies, went to shopping show (probably wouldn't do that one again). Had planned to do Family Feud with group we had met online, but didn't know you took picture at sign up and Mike couldn't find other couple (but was ok, because we had plenty to do)

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Never really sat still long enough for musicians, but you could hear them and the violins in Brass Magnolia were very talented!! Just remember...don't try to do everything in one cruise (we gonna rebook Mardi Gras)

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward Kun Kun, was sooo nice, nothing but great things to say!! Nathan @ Brass Magnolia, Viktoria and Yudhi Red Rum Tiki Bar, the staff was fabulous (although didn't really care for staff in MDR) on our 1st visit to main dining room, asked for a Latte instead of coffee and the waiter looked at me and said Latte same thing as coffee (he was nicer after that, but you could tell he didn't want to fool with the Latte). I had the drink package, so I wanted my Latte...LOL!, the second time in MDR, we decided we liked the other places better. We payed extra for Emerils several times, one of the waitresses would wave everytime we went by...so friendly (I know her name but drawing a blank typing this).

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I loved the layout of ship....my husband had sea sickness (he has motion sickness), only at the front and back of ship....most of the things we liked to do were located where he didn't get sick and our cabin was mid-ship and a balcony

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Kun Kun our room steward was fabulous, our cabin was always clean and the towel animals were adorable!! The size was a little small, but plenty big enough, wish there was a little more room around the toilet...LOL! Shower was big enough and loved the way it was set up!

Ship tip

Don't bother with MDR, buffet was ok but try the specialty restaurants (yeah...it's a little more but so worth it)! If you want to play Family Feud, have your whole party there at sign up.

Disembarkation
