Review summary
The Ship and Crew were professional and welcoming. We reallly enjoyed the cruise. However the Russia excursion was a waste of money and time because the tour was simply bad and the Russian girl who hostessed our tour was self-centered, immature, and disrespectful to many guests. Many of the other guests were disappointed but they told us they were embarrassed to complain because they did not know how the hostess would react. We reported it to the excursion manager and they kindly discounted our Russian excursion by 50% but when we got home we discovered that Royal Caribbean over charged us on my Amex credit card (total charge $514.90). This was VERY MISLEADING and NOT GOOD!!!Ship experiences
