Did not have eneough help for specialty restaurant each nite so was partly empty and had a TERRIBLE meal atPolo which took ship 4 days for ship to respond to and then did nothing.Many people even on the concierge section could not get a second reservation and their specialty rest.with no extra fee is one of Oceania's selling points.WE won't go back until we hear this has been rectified.
