Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Dining Room
The food and staff in the Horizons area are fabulous. To line up to wash hands to enter this area is seriously flawed. So many people in line, both sinks weren't working, it gets hot and, having a disability, can be extremely painful and stressful. THEN you walk a short distance and MUST use the hand sanitizer. Understand the need for cleanliness but this is overkill
Onboard Activities
Entertainment
Atrium
Quite often when there is a band playing (in this case it was a jazz band) it is just far too loud. Have difficulty placing an order at the International Café or with the wait staff, you can't hear what is being said. Had the same problem at the Service Desk. Staff speak softly and politely but can't hear them. Pianist in the atrium was fabulous.

Ship tip
Canaletto dining room can be an issue. Access is only from aft near Vista, 2 lifts only and no toilets nearby. This dining room can be a problem particularly if you have a disability. Love the onboard sales day held in one of the dining rooms, watch the patter for when they are holding one.
