Review summary

First impressions count the most. First night the pillow cases were stained and had hair from previous people. For all I know even the sheets were the same. I do know they were not changed even once the whole 14 day cruise. And I would not have given a 15% gratuity if I had a choice. But they take it automatically. Not good! I want control of how I spend my cash...

Shows were very lacking. A piano player\, a magician\, a juggler... Really? The musical numbers were best but I've seen better on other ships.

If you are not pleased with service, you can on the last day of your cruise go to office and request it credited back to your account. We did this on the norwegian epic......sure it is the same on all cruiselines.
