On Sept. 27th, we were on the second seating but our captain circle cocktail started at 7:00 PM. In the meantime, entertainment show for second seating started at 7:00 PM also (contradicting schedule).

Service and Staff

We were in second seating, table 281. Our waiters, one from Romania, one from the Phillipines did an excellent job. We cannot find their names right now, but we can find out later on if asked.

Pros: 1. Decent food 2. Nice Staff 3. Good ship

Cons: 1. Embarkation Pier Mentioned Ballantyne Pier but we found out that the check-in place is at Convention Center West near Canada Place. Agent's name:Vixen did not notify us to go to Convention Center West neither anyone else. This is very poor service. Your e-mail service should be faster.
