All aspects from check-in to check-out were handled very professionally and courteously. The staff as a whole was very gracious, helpful and friendly.

We did not use the traditional dining option and enjoyed having several meals in the dining room - each one the food and service was excellent. The buffet was fine, but the service was not as professional as on our last cruise.

Pros: We loved the length of time on the sea prior to arriving in Hawaii - it truly was a wonderful time to decompress and relax from a crazy busy year.

Cons: Sorry, I don't have anything to share in this arena...it was all good for us.
