elevators were worked on and cleaned during the peak movement time my ceiling vibrated at night

balcony had a loose rail with 2 big screws sticking out why did they replace the carpeting in my state room at 7pm the smell was so bad we slept on the balcony.

Pros: hot tub ice show bingo
