Review summary

this is my second time on Explorer of the Seas and I love ths ship although there are a few cons along with the pros. The cruise director is very funny and entertaining, the shows are great although there are one or two i did not really care for including the promenade parades. The food is good but the morning orange juice is still terrible and other juices are not any better unless there is something you are paying for. The virgin pina coladas and mango tangos are to die for! Casino and night club too smoky. The staff are all wonderful and the service is great .The ship shows a little wear and tear, not too bad. Photographers need to show a little more creativity. The shops need to have more sale prices. Overall I had a great time and would come back.

i enjoyed all the food in the Windjammer and in the dinign room. dining time at 8;30 pm was great.

there was a good variety but some programs were too short\, (karaoke) (the quest) and others were corny(juggling act in the palace theater)

some of the arcade games are ok but dance games are complicated to set up for play and others are a rip off. no one was there to help in case of questions. ticket redemption?? i was at a lose..

toilet seats DEFINITELY need to be replaced\, they look somewhat antiquated and toilet seat covers SHOULD be provided!!

Cabin / Stateroom

the decor should probably be upgraded soon but not too bad. sofabeds would be nice in the interior staterooms\, the bunk beds are not completely comfortable for everyone.

Pros: unlimited food

Cons: terrible watered down free juices
