They sure do! I loved our Halloween cruise. It was like normal during the day, but around 5pm staff started decorating their bars and service areas, and changed into dress-up costumes, some special cocktails, decorations pool-side ready for Halloween party after dinner 🎃👻 like everywhere, some were totally into it, whilst some get it simple.

If she sailing from the USA, Australia, or England most definitely. From other European or Asain port not so much. Often the current homeport's observance of a particular holiday tradition is mirrored on board.
