Review summary

Long meaningless announcements in 5 different languages that many couild not understand. Poor television programs with limited channels and many in other different languages. Very little english channels. Not many choices of food that customers could choose. Mostly just pizza everyday and no juice/milk at all that is available to customers. Final bill is a lie and Costa does not issue the credits as they promised, and demand customers to pay before they leave the boat, or else they cannot exit.

You dont have too much choice on Fortuna The self serve place.has limited choices to customers If you missed the regular breakfast/lunch/dinner time slot, all that is available is pizza

For big kids, there is a disco bar at night. For little kids, beside swimming pool and water slide there is nothing much can do. Staff at kids' club only speak Italian and boring activities fit for 3-5 year olds

Our room is close to food area and our room guy is the only staff that really does his job that pleases the customers
