If there was an option to choose zero stars for the rating, it would be absolute 0. If I just took the other comments here seriously before the cruise... Once they took your money, they don't care about you anymore. Costa won the title of the most terrible service I ever experienced in my life (and I experienced many). The atmosphere on the ship is grumpy due to unhappy crew members, the queues everywhere are terrible and almost everything on the ship is in a very low quality – the food, the entertainment, etc. That explains why it is cheap. Also, almost everything on the ship costs extra money and it is very expensive, even water! It was important for me to take the time to write this comment to help you to avoid the mistake I did - stay away from Costa!
