Review summary

Staff behaved as if you were in the way, and for the most part, didn't seem to care about customer service. There was smoking allowed across almost the entire ship, so it was hard to get a breath of fresh air. Very little pool space considering the number of passengers.

Breakfast buffet was the same every day. Lunches were ok. Dinner was horrible. If you didn't want to spend 2 hours in the dining room\, eating overdone meat\, there were the same 2 pizza options every night\, or you could pay for room service\, and get a cold sandwich.

Entertainment

Generally geared toward the least common denomonator. However\, their gala show was amazing.

Service and Staff

Except for our room steward\, as mentioned elsewhere\, the staff was generally rude and unaccomodating.

Ship Quality

The ship was laid out well with plenty of elevators and staircases. It was so big\, I am sure we didn't find everything there was to do.

What I would expect\, but the room was ALWAYS too hot.
