Review summary

The staff did not seem to know how to manage so many passengers. The focus was on selling additional services and speaking English was a negative.

The food was good\, a nice variety but the ability to get a seat at a table for breakfast and lunch was near impossible. Also the late dinner seating was an hour later than advertised which made it toooo late and we could not change.

Did not experience service that was above and beyond. The staff was cautiously friendly which I attribute to language difficulty.

The cleanliness was excellent. The decor was gaudy to my taste and the layout confusing.

My room was comfortable\, clean and the size and location was as expected. The towels were a bit thin.
