We sailed on the Coral Princess in the last 2 weeks of 2012. The ship will be upgraded in dry dock in January 2013. Our dining experiences were always fun and good. The Chef's Table is a treat not to be missed. It's worth the additional charge (minor) to eat at Sabatini and the Bayou. The service and the food are kicked up many notches in the 2 restaurants. The Ship's tour is an event not to be missed. We saw the galley\, engine room\, control room as well as other places. The suites and rooms are luxurious and comfortable.
