The ship was older, when we had the muster drill, they role called over 5 pages of names(like we were children) before quitting at page 5 or 6 without finishinf, but keeping us for over 40 min...Our balcony room was smaller than we expected. Not many exciting activities on board.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
The buffet was usually asian food, day after day (seems like it was the cheapest), it dominated at least 60% of the food. They never served crab legs, appartently they''re too expensive even though they are caught right there. The anytime dinig was a joke, we ended up waiting about 30 min. the first 3 days or so. The dining room food was ok, but nothing to write home about
Entertainment
1 out of 5
We live in Las Vegas, so we felt the entertainment was bellow average althoug we did find a Comic very amusing. They even filled in an evening show with the staff performing, what a joke!
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Much of the staff on this Alaskan voyage is part time summer help and they didn't know where things were on the ship, how to get places and made mistakes while serving us, especially at the buffet. Only 1 icecream shop and it was outdoors, it was cold outside.
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
Quarters were smaller than we are acstomed to on Royal Carribean for the same price. The ship was smaller than we are used to also. It was clean but the decor was dated
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
Too small for balcony rooms. The shower was so small my husband and sister hung out over the step up and forget it, if you droped anything. It was comfortable, but also dated.
Cons: SMALL QUARTERS, FOOD (NO CRAB LEGS) SHIP SHOWS, ACTIVITIES, WEATHER
