Review summary

compared to the last time we cruised on Celebrity Solstice, service and quality of food has declined quite a bit. Felt that since tips were already added to our fare, staff was not eager to go the extra mile. This time Celebrity did not exceed our expectations

Ruben at the Oceanview Cafe and the staff at Cafe al Bacio and Il Segundo Cafe (this is where we received the best service/the only good service in the whole ship)

Ship tip

do not spend extra money on the premium drink package. Premium drinks not available at all. Staff kept saying we ordered them but never got any. PR was filthy and lacked service Average age on board was 75 (which surprised me) St Kitts was a gorgeous island/our first time there
