Traveled As: Family w/young children

Room Type: Balcony

They need better entertainment
Selling water makes the experience seem like a cash grab, especially when at the private island.

Pros: The food

Cons: Dinner service was slightly worse than prior cruises

Recommends Celebrity Silhouette? No.

Ship Quality
Loved the egg shaped pods in the hang out area on deck 8 I think.
Food and Dining
Need more variety for dinner. The jerk chicken in dining room was great. The hamburgers at poolside grill are as good as always but pizza in Oceanview seems subpar in comparison to prior cruises. Need more chocolate soft serve ice cream. Who doesn't like chocolate. Maybe add the chocolate chips and Mint chips too. Some additional training required at omelette stations and pasta stations. Perhaps an English lesson may help. Cleaning of tables was very lacklustre in comparison to prior trips. The work ethic of staff seemed an issue for once
Cabin / Stateroom
Good rooms.
Service and Staff
Worse than what we are used to seeing from prior cruises. Many training opportunities for service from this crew.
Really need to improve here. Ryan the magician was really good. Sin city was okay. All dancing and singing shows were subpar.
