Been on other large ships and embarkation much faster. Long queue when we arrived, at allotted time, so maybe they don’t stagger embarkation times that much? Staff very helpful and friendly though.

Chose Celebrity Select Dining for the Opus restaurant, which worked great for us. Never had to wait for table, seated in same area so had same servers who gave us excellent service. Quality and well presented every time. Best French onion soup at sea!
Had one meal at Lawn Club Grill, steak was cooked to perfection.
Buffet food was varied and definitely better quality than other ships we’ve sailed on. Meats on carving and live cooking stations were top notch.

Theatre shows were all great, not all to our taste but something for everyone. All very professional and everything done live

Cabin steward was excellent. Waiters all very friendly and gave excellent service.
Bars seemed understaff a large amount of times. Not much floor service in bars, had to keep going to bar, some long waits too. Had better bar tenders
Captain and Cruise Director were a great team, had fantastic rapport, very funny. everyone loved Giuseppe, if he’s your Cruise director you’ll have a great time
Ship Quality

Layout of Reflection was very easy to navigate. Plenty of speedy lifts, with lots of easy to ready maps of ship. All public areas well maintained. Public toilets were spotlessly clean, some a little hard to spot at first. automatically opening a little creepy but great idea!
Cabin / Stateroom

Location of our ocean view cabin on Deck 3 suited us great. Close to Opus dining room and theatre with a handy bar right at end of corridor 😉. One of the quietest cabins we have had, considering grand foyer with busy bar at end of corridor, heard nothing! Cabin was pretty roomy, large comfy bed with sofa area. Plenty of storage space, would have preferred more draws, I found the above the bed cupboards a little awkward to use. Decent size bathroom and shower. No wash line in shower but my magnetic hooks and string worked a treat. Cabin kept immaculate by cabin steward Noel.
