Review summary

The ship is gorgeous the food was okay but the staff should be trained better especially at the specialty restaurants where they don't care about you at all

Well I think (olena) is absolutely right. Staff needs to be trained much better, some of them have no clue how to handle the problem or answer a simple question. Staff at the Murano restaurant is totally clueless including the host . This was my 5th time on Eclipse and this was the worst.

Couldn’t disagree more, all staff I came across were courteous, professional and helpful. Food on the whole was very good. It was my 3rd cruise and the best one so far.

I agree I was on the ship Dec 2016 & staff was rude food was just okay. Will never go with Celebrity again.
