Review summary

I have never been treated so poorly in my life! Extremely rude service staff! Terrible! The housekeeping staff were the only pleasant staff members on board. I would never recommend this cruise ship to anyone, because of the extremely rude service staff!

Just got off the Eclipse 3 days ago. We have sailed on her twice and never encountered rude personnel. We did hear some rude passengers though!!!

My husband and i were on the Eclipse with friends the dtaff were fantastic we still get in touch with some of them. I always thonk maybe the person who wrote this might have been a little to demanding.my friend had the same cabin steward as we did she did not get the same service as i did because i treat them different.

Just got off a 2 week celebrity eclipse cruise. I found the staff to be fabulous. Praise for everything. What planet did this complainer come from? And best room ever on a cruise ship.

Really, I was on the Eclipse 6th to 21st March 2016 and every crew member was as courteous as always.

I will elaborate when I get back to the states and I have access to wifi for more than 2 minutes at a time without losing connection. The itinerary was great.. Would recommend Regent

Thank you for posting your feedback. Without more substantiation as to how people were rude to you, how you interacted with people who you perceived to be rude... it is impossible to understand a 1 star rating. More information on what went wrong, please.

The last time I cruised the Eclipse was in November 2015. They must have changed out the whole crew because I have nothing but high praise for the crew on my cruise especially for Sean at the pool bar.

I am shocked if the original post is completely accurate. Celebrity has a excellent reputation. I do not remember reading a negative review about them.

Oh my goodness I fine this very odd as we have sailed on eclipse for the last 4 years and it was amazing the cruise the food the ship and most of all the crew. They couldn't have been more helpful. Surely not all of them were rude did you not complain at the time ???
