Review summary

Cleanliness and customer care does not seem to be this ships strong suit! Spoke to several others with same complaints related to rooms, robes and staff in housekeeping.

Sailed twice on Constellation deck 9. Never had any problems like this

Sailing Oct 19, Deck 8. Fingers crossed. Never had a problem on prior Celebrity cruises.

Sorry, it took us 4 hours and 3 managers to have our room properly cleaned on arrival. A pair of jeans was left in our closet by the prior passenger, Kleenex and papers in drawers and substandard bedding. We’re on the 9th level deck. Today a ‘clean’ towel was left in our room with stains they could not removed although it was laundered. I have zero complaints with all other staff. Only housekeeping.

Just got off this ship in early September. Found all was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not have any complaints related to room. Our attendant was very good and took care of all our requests.
