Food and Dining

Dining experience in about all areas came lacking. The staff for the most part was rude or unconcerned. The food was only passable. NOT what I would expect for what it is a billed as "world class"...it is not.

Entertainment

The group "Fusion" was the bright spot of the ship experience. The rest of the "entertainment" was old and tired. Not a whole lot of entertainment that didn't include spending money either on the ship or getting you to spend your money at the ships choice of vendors.

Again, this was lacking. There was little "going above & beyond" on the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our room was roomy, bed comfy, bathroom large, and balcony roomy. Don't like the mirrors either...and need to be more efficient w/the storage space. Amenities were awful - the "tea service" was a joke..the sandwiches were beyond stale by the time we got there as were our canapes...hey! you pay for stuff like that!..Had to leave little notes for shower gel, etc. to be replenished...and extra towels...
