Review summary

The ship is nice... the hygeine is bad ... Celebrity is not a 5 star cruise line and have fallen bad in customer service and have cut staff so severly. The attitudes of the staff is rude and lazy. The upper management is also rude.The staff doesnt even say Hi or goodmorning, They get their tip added to the cruise so the quality of service is gone fast.

buffet is unorganized and a madhouse.. staff does not keep tables cleared and often can't find a place to eat. We didnt find asnyone who felt the buffet was good. The dining room food was cold and it took over 2 hours to eat. Several times we did not get our order delivered . many times we just left

Entertainment

activities were rare. The worse of any line we have been on. The trivia was so anti America and Canada and pro UK... the staff willingly admit their market is UK and they dont care if it is bias. They seem to divide the guests rather than understand that trivia should be general and not just aBOUT THE uk ..vERY lacking on any fun. Be prepared to be bored. The game room is severely lacking in games and they make you buy cards

we were shocked at the rudeness of staff. When we asked for coffee cream to be filled at the drink station we were told no. When asked for juice to be filled we were ignored. When asked for butter we were told to go elsewhere. The service was the rudest and lowest on any ship we have ever had and have been on at least 10

lack of trash cans lead to filthy drink areas. The staff did not keep coffee, cream or ice filled
