Review summary

Ship is beautiful. Housekeeping was impressive. The Emporium area had an odd mixture i.e. Art Auction, Russian dolls, high end and costume jewelry but we couldn't find a large band aid. - Bar at Edge of Earth might have been great at one time but is showing some wear (We would think it a fire hazard to have so much fabric on columns, hanging from ceiling, draping areas)

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Celebrity has disappointed us in their menu choices in the main dining room. Our previous experiences with Celebrity have been outstanding. We don't know if there is a fleetwide decline or if it is related to the Constellation only. We were always willing to pay a little more for the "Celebrity Treatment" but fear it does no longer exists - just another run of the mill cruise line.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Same entertainment, shows and performers seen on another ship 1 1/2 years ago. Had difficulty getting a seat in theater, missed several shows because we did not wish to stand.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Must have been training new staff members - all were very friendly and tried to be helpful but some obviously were not yet fully trained in their positions. I got a little frustrating at times.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Large public areas, well-maintained, beautiful decor, extremely clean

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
lumpy mattresses, drapery and bedspread needed freshening but everything else was fine

Pros: stateroom attendents some wait staff

Cons: menu choices in main dining room, last minute itinerary changes, inability to get seating in theater
