Review summary

The ship was very nice and well run. The tours were a bit pricey but well run, and since they were booked through Celebrity did not have to worry about the ship leaving if the tour was late which was a concern considering Italian traffic.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was excellent and the service was as well. Did not pay extra to go to the specialty restaurant Murano since the food in the main dinning room was so good.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
shows were okay, nothing to exciting. The cruise director did mention that the ensemble cast had just started working together and it showed, but overall was entertaining.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
For a Mediterranean cruise the ship was fine, being a smaller ship it might not be as nice for a hot weather cruise since the pool and sun deck areas were a bit small but for the Med in the fall it was perfect.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5

Pros: ship and tours were well run, food was excellent

Cons: internet was down for 2 days but there were no notices that is was down so tried to log on and was charged for time. Took a couple of visits to the customer service desk but did get refunded the money we were charged for the down internet.
