Spa Suite 12002

Pretty Sweet Suite. 2 rooms, 2 tv's, 2 desks, walk in closet, spa tub and access to cloud 9 spa.

Problems with this cabin: 12 floor , so only two elevators. If you have problems with stairs expect a long wait at elevator.

NOISE!!!! every morning between 3 am and 7 am the crew unstacks the chairs right above your cabin and drops them on to the deck. Expect no sleep. After calling the desk every 3 am for 6 days they credited us 25% back for the days we complained.

Balocny light will not come on after you sail. So no reading at night. master closet light attached to balcony light. It never worked at all.

Room service was terrible. Cold and just terrible.

Staff on ship was not out going. Cruise director was very rude when approached to say hello. felt as if I was bothering her.

The good things:  Italian restaurant was really awesome for dinner. not so much for lunch. Night staff was so charmimg and wonderful. food was the best on the ship!!

Ship was really pretty. Had a ball on the slides, but could never get on the rope coarse. Always seemed closed.

With all the problems I would go back. Cozumel excersion was the best. Twister, just do it!!
