Review summary

Guest Services did a fantastic job getting the airlines to deliver my luggage to Grand Cayman The airlines has told me that they were done with the matter I can’t praise Guest services and my room steward Nelson enough

Purchased the faster to the fun showed up at my appointment time 11:30 was on board in less then ten minutes inclusive of making management aware of a airline luggage issue

MDU gave excellent attentive service although some of the items were not to my liking. Each time I went there I found something to enjoy Specialty restaurants: loved the steakhouse didn’t care for the Italian Restaurant (maybe it was timing - last night of the cruise)

Did not do much as the airline did not deliver my luggage to the cruise Pier after leaving it in my departure city when I flew in the day before the cruise

Excellent The venues could be larger so more people can see the talent One comedy show was standing room only and upon completion everyone had to leave

Loved it Loved the extended balcony Loved the view Did rock sometimes but nothing that couldn’t be handled Came prepared with patches and ginger Dramamine- never had to use them once although I did her other cruise passengers complaining

Ship tip

First pick the room and then each month add on whatever basics that you feel that you need. I got the fatter to the fun package and the cheers package one month after I finished paying next month the photos (only five) and the excursions you get the drift. I heard all the chat and watched the You tube videos and I am not a big drinking person but I want to be able to say give me that and not worry or count Pennies
