Review summary

I will never set foot on this ship again. Horrible experience. The drinks were flat. The platinum party had no snacks. We were to drink alcohol on an empty stomach.

When I saw the entire bathroom not properly cleaned when we arrived, I was highly upset. We paid good money for a balcony. I pointed it out to the cabin steward who seemed overwhelmed & my vacation was just starting.

Don’t even bother speaking to guest service onboard. They are of no help. The entertainers smile in your face & are no help.

Definitely sounds like cruising is no longer for you. It’s not what it used to be and won’t be going back to the same.

Having been on several Carnival cruises, this was the smallest ship ever been on. However, we were with friends who had never cruised and we had great time. The food was good, the on ship entertainment was really fun and our excursions were amazing.
