While the Island adventures provided my kids with amazing experiences they will never forget which I appreciate This was my 4th cruise with Carnival and ill never travel with them again absolutely some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with so especially at guest services

Trying to park and unload our luggage was a terrible mess then after we filled out the VeriFLY for my daughter we still had to wait 30 mins to get her through the lady at the counter was very helpful though

The only thing worth eating was Guy’s Burger’s but we didn’t wanna eat cheeseburgers for a week but we did
Then it was terrible trying to get a soft drink my 9 and 11 year old daughters had to go to a bar with drunk adults it was a giant waste of $ to buy the Bubbles drink package

Most of the staff was very short and rude with a few exceptions our janitor was super nice then a guy named Trinidad was very nice and helpful and the rest of your staff was rude and not helpful and I dreaded having to talk to them

It was very clean but when cruise was booked they said the room we booked was plenty big enough for 5 people and that just wasant the case however they did het us a 2nd stateroom at no additional charge which was greatly appreciated

Go with a suite and of the other rooms are to small
You’re extremely lucky to get an extra room at no cost when you must have been given the details of the original room or could look them up, I’d be giving them a higher rating than this!
