Review summary

Except the internet it was mostly ok. A first we were charged for a drink and bingo cards. They were removed but my charge card was hit. I was surprised that they billed during sailing. Now we are waiting for a refund.

Emma Entertainment Director a real people person Celeste hostess In Radiance dining room goes the extra mile. Patricia lead waiter was GREAT! We only had her on Sea Day Brunch. She set the bar high and no other waiter measured up.

There was never a time when leaving our cabin that staff were not cleaning.

We was so glad to be cruising again. My wife did have issues with the internet too. We did have one other issue, it was the mask mandate. Other than that we had a great time.

Thanks for sharing. I was on that cruise. I did not purchase the internet package, however on wed 2 individuals I traveled with went to guess services express the same concern and were refunded that fri afternoon. I witnessed their service going in and out.

Excellent

1st cruise back since the pandemic!!!!!!! I must say as always we had a blast. All the crew members I came across went above and beyond to assure it was an awesome experience. There were some minor changes, however you wouldn’t notice them.
