I have never cruised before. My overall experience was terrible. Would probably never cruise again. Terrible bar service.

The sport center was closed everytime we tried using it. The pools were small, one was closed most of 1 day, hot tubs overpacked, not enough lounge chairs

Stewardess was great. Bar tenders were terrible. Long waits. We purchased the cheers program and it seemed near impossible to get a drink. Spent most of my time waiting in line, didn't get to relax and enjoy our time, I was upset most of the cruise because of it. Definitely could not even use half of the drinks you pay for in advance because you spend most of your time waiting for a drink. The process is not simple as when it finally comes to you it takes forever for the bar tenders to enter your information in the computer. And you cannot send your significant other to get your drink while your relaxing or entertaining your child as they can only get theirs. 1 drink at a time. Terrible plan. Probably will never cruise again!
Ship Quality

The ship rocked the entire time. I've been sick and spinning the last 3 days I've been home. The last night was terrible ride back, everything in the room shaking, banging. It was loud at night very late, didn't get much sleep the entire cruise aand we were in a balcony stateroom.
Beautiful. Wish we had more time to explore. W ed did the stingrays, starfish beach with lunch excursion and spent most of our time on the boat getting there and back.
That’s very unfortunate hope you give cruising another chance. Unfortunately can’t do anything about rough seas. Next time even if you don’t use it have Bonine
Cruising may not be for you. Most love it, but it’s not for everyone. Sea conditions can’t be changed and any ship will have movement with rough seas. It’s always good to bring something for seasickness, just in case. Choose a cabin on a lower deck mid-ship or towards the rear for less movement.
