Review summary

This was our first time to Canada and New England. We had FTTF and were able to get right on the ship and drop our luggage off. It would be hours before we saw all our bags delivered. The cruise itself was great. Trying to get off at the ports however was a challenge. Crew was very disorganized and didn't seem to know what was happening. This was especially evident in Maine and we had to go through customs. Cruise Director Mikey did a poor job of making announcements. We were supposed to debate by deck, but everyone started lining up and the crew didn't do anything to stop them. So those of us who follow directions got screwed as usual while those who can't follow directions get off the ship first. Also, when you arrive in Maine, plan on border patrol taking their sweet time boarding. We waited over an hour for this to happen. We loved the ports; Especially Halifax and Boston. The food was decent but not as good as other cruises. There will be activities in the atrium bar area but no place to sit! Ridiculous set up to sit and listen to music. They added extra state rooms but no more room in the common area. If you plan to see a show at the Liquid Lounge go early or you won't get a seat. Also, leaving from Brooklyn was a huge inconvenience and extra cost coming and going. Staff also seemed confused. Plan to go through customs again when the ship dock in NY. Don't ask me why.
