Review summary

Getting on the ship was the worst! No one at Carnival wanted to take the responsibility that my paperwork was wrong that I printed out. I never made the ship in Florida because of the information on the paperwork was wrong so I had to spend more money for a flight to Jamaica that did not leave until the next day. Which means I had to spent money for a hotel to stay in Florida. The people I was speaking to was very nasty and didn’t do anything about the situation but say “I’m sorry only thing we can do is let you board the ship in Jamaica”.

Who entered the wrong information? You are the one putting in the information so you are responsible.

If you entered information for your trip or booked it they aren't responsible. Now if they booked and entered it incorrectly they are at fault. I suggest getting travel insurance in the future. I would be upset as well spending uneccessary money.

First cruise of many to come

It was wonderful! I enjoyed the shows with bk,kevin,p.j and the whole 70's cast. The cleaning crew that was with freddie was great. Thank planning next trip!
