The room Stewart and waiters were awesome. Tucker was outstanding. He made our dining a wonderful experience. As well as Norman. My only complaint would be Charo in the photo gallery. He accuse my sister and me, of trying to take snapshots of photographs with our cell. Then he proceeded to look at her phone as she was texting someone from home. We try to explain to him that she was texting and did not have a Photos screen on but he was very rude and did not care to listen. I wanted to speak with management but was told there was no management on duty. I was also told that I needed to come back later. We purchased our photos with another salesman but I was highly disappointed in the service of Mr. Charo.

Disembarkation

Need to re-strategize the disembarkation for the ship. People were cutting in line. The whole process was just a mess. It has to be a better way of exiting the ship.
