Review summary

Staff, Crew, Cruise Director were all amazing. Mat did a fantastic job and had great help in Orlando and Tony. Those were my three favorite people. Our housekeeper Rai was also fun and enjoyable and made us feel right at home. He made my daughter's first cruise great with the towel animals. Our room was always clean.

There was so much going on on the ship, it is hard to do everything, but that is still a good thing. Always having something to do.

Breakfast was ok. Dinner at the fantasy dining hall was good. I basically ate burgers for lunch. Drinks were great.

The ports of call were good. I like Grand Cayman more than Ocho Rios. Main reason being more of the better excursions were for kids over the age of 8. Our daughter is only 7, so it wasn't that bad. Saw a lot of Ocho Rios. Went underwater in Grand Cayman, it was beautiful. I strongly recommend the nautilus underwater tour. It is a quick tour, great history lesson and wonderful fish to be seen.

The only downside of the trip was age of the Sensation. The bathroom in our stateroom had a leak every night. We had to put towels down and Rai had to replace quite a few.

Other than that, I would say that my trip was not about the ship, but more about the experience and the crew. 10 out of 10 in my book.

There was a leak in the bathroom at nights. Other than that the room was great.
