I want to make sure that you guys know about guest services... Ioana was awesome and she helped me get into a better cabin that was closer to what is going on in the ship,,,, She is a rock star in my eyes to help me out

I asked to mover to a lower deck and they accompanied my request so I was moved to a E81 and that was deck 7 very much appreciated....

Ship tip

just understand it is an older ship so it can go under the Skyway Bridge so it is also smaller but it is a great experience
