Review summary

Been on Royal Caribbean twice. Carnival did not meet my expectations after hearing so much from my friends and my daughter. I will go on Carnival again but not as my 1st choice. I did enjoy the Sea days and of course had a great time after all.

Food and Dining

Was not impressed with the food at the restaurant or the buffett. We had the choice to decide our eating time, which having your set time is the best choice ever. Dinning tables had no linen except the night of the Captain. One night the service at the restaurant was awful but the very last night was excellent. We had Wilbur as the head waiter and it was impressive compare to the other days.

Entertainment

The 80’s shows was good. The comedy show was ok, he wasn’t that funny. The Hispaniola Band was the BEST entertainment on the ship. The group had everybody dancing, they interacted with the guest on their break. Sunday night DJ was good. I heard the Cruise Director on the speakers every day but was able to see him physically during the 80’s party.

Buffett area tables were not clean right away.

Cabin / Stateroom

Perfect size for me and my cousin. In the mornings we will make the beds and picked everything, by the time we will return after breakfast beds were made their way, clean towels in the bathroom. The ac vent wasn’t blowing properly, called housekeeping and a fan was brought to us immediately.
