"Sparkles" the cruise director was horrible beyond belief, she should be fired. One of our days at sea the ship rocked for over 10 hours, so some decks were closed because of wind, no parties on lido deck, too cold for pool did Sparkles plan any alternate activities, no. Oh yeah one more trivia contest. whoopee.

the rest room outside the dining room had excrement all over the toilet seat. Not something you ever want to see but never in what is essentially the dining room's bathroom. Liquor bottles in elevator, dirty tissues in another elevator

Cabin / Stateroom

the bathroom sink was just wiped down and never cleaned with any type of cleaner. It remained scuzzy and spitty throughout the trip

Pros: leaving

Cons: the fact that they would not let my 20 yr old son into an 18 & over club because he didn't have his id. He was not asking for a drink which is the only time you should need to show id. and he is 20 and does not look like he is 17 or younger.

Recommends Carnival Paradise? No.
