Review summary

The ship was nice, not super luxurious or anything, but nice for the price. Would have like more and bigger pools. The two pools were pretty tiny and often crowded with kids. Wish they didn't allow smoking anywhere - some of the smokers weren't very considerate.

Very friendly staff - our steward knew our names just by watching which room we came out of and always called us by name. Our waiter and the other staff at dinner were very friendly and helpful. Had one encounter in the spa where my sister and I were totally ignored for several minutes, standing at the desk trying to make an appointment while 3 staff people helped one other person and couldn't be bothered to look up, let alone say "We'll be with you in a minute." We finally walked out, without a single word from them.
