Review summary
We booked for four of us with this company for a carnival cruis. First of all the port was changed due to swine flu from Mexico to catalina. The never offered us a credit for future cruis and demanded full payment 1400.00 for a cruis to catalina. On the day of our cruis we had a death in the family and we had to go to canada. when we come back we contacted them for a refund/credit. The refused both options in a very rude manner. The just want your money and have no emotions towards any situation you might be in.Pros: None
