We were booked to go to Ensenada Mexico and paid port charges and taxes for there but the itinerary changed to Catalina. We did not get a price reduction. We paid over $319 per ticket and after itinerary changes the tickets were discounted to $149. The Catalina port is nice but that is not what we paid for.
