Review summary

Overall -- a nice way to spend free time. Ship is aging -- but you get what you pay for, and this was a "bargain" price.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Although plentiful, the food was more quantity that quality. An exception to this, however, was the fabulous lava cake -- and Saul was sure we had one at the conclusion of dinner each night!

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Magician (Bobbi B.) was one of the best I've ever seen, and his presentation was most novel. Dance shows were more quantity than quality -- energetic but ho-hum "reviews." Midnight adult shows were the highlight -- but be forewarned -- very adult content and language.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
For the most part, all staff were friendly. Photographers, like on other ships, were too ambitious and insistent, even when we politely declined.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Difficult to navigate the ship's layout due to elevators that did not go to all decks and/or stairs that did not connect to Dining Rooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Bed was very comfortable. Air temperature was uneven. Bathroom was a reasonable size. Storage for clothes was ample. Carpet was damp -- cleaning or shower leak? Unfortunately, child sized fingerprints on mirror weren't mine (and assume they were the previous occupants); and continued to remain on the mirror for the duration of the cruise.

Pros: Saul, Elation Dining Room Team Captain Waiter

Cons: navigating the ship's layout
