Did not have a long waiting period. It ran smoothly.

Food and Dining

We only ate in the main dining room and buffet. We were completely satisfied. Loved the options in the dining room and the omelet station in the buffet.

Onboard Activities

Hot tubs on the Serenity deck were hot and relaxing. Loved the cabana type lounges.

Entertainment

Loved the main theater shows and the comedy shows. Entertaining and very talented.

Service and Staff

Our room steward, Reynaldo was excellent. Our wait staff in the main dining room, Pande and Daniel were thorough and always knew what we wanted and remembered my husband's food allergies. Every cruise personnel we had contact with and shared our names with always remembered us.

Everywhere we went on the cruise ship was clean and constantly monitored.

Reynaldo kept our room extremely clean and stocked.
