Good cruise. Carnival is great value for the money. They are not a five star luxury line and don't pretend to be so if you have Carlton Ritz desires not the cruise for you
But if you are a little more laid back and recognize value this was a great cruise and good cruise line
The only caveat Miracle is really showing its age and Carnival needs to step up in its longer term maintenance - this ship was definitely not reflective of previous Carnival experiences in that respect

Bought FTTF -- Until you reach the higher levels of VIFP program this was worth every penny. Showed up st schefuled time breezed thru the lines and were in our cabin 30 minutes later. Loved it

Crew were hustling every day with daily maintenance. Unfortunately corporate Carnival let them and us down. Ship was in desperate need of deeper longer term maintainenance. Was definitely showing a lot of wear and tear in terms of paint and public furnishings. Greatly disappointed as this has not been our previous Carnival experience!

Crew was great, itinerary was good but if you are fussy about appearance this may not be the ship for you until it receives a major refresh especially in public areas
Tampa. Great city lots to do. Coming from the north we always come a day or two earlier to allow for unexpected weather issues. Stayed at Westin Harbourside. Very nice hotel.
Had FTTF. Early off. Easy movement thru luggage retrieval and customs. Transport to airport. Fast efficient comfortable. Until we reach diamond or platinum will always buy FTTF. Great value
