We will never cruise carnival again customer service was worst ever even when trying to deal with them after we have cruised with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean and would go back with them any time but not carnival waisted our money on it

Pros: size of room, room service and waiter service

Cons: enterainment was terrible close to none cruise director sick 3 days , same food for breakfast every day arranged in same order, public areas dirty, no communication from captain , nothing much to do on ship, chipping glass tile around pools that no one cared about, children getting injured on it
