The drinks were very good but the food was terrible. The buffet was so limited and not tasty. I spoke with about 25 guests onboard and they all felt the same. The dining was so slow in service by the time you get your meal it was cold. The Maitre’D ( Chubby) was very helpful in getting our meals. Shout out to our Assistant Server Anne.

The outside area was kept clean. My cabin was clean but the bathroom had the most horrendous smell the whole time I was there. Other guests complained about the same things regarding the bathroom in the cabins. It smell like someone defecated and did not flush .

Cabin / Stateroom

The bathroom was stink the minute I walk into the cabin and the smell never left. The bed was terrible, hard as hell. Felt as if I was sleeping on the floor , very uncomfortable. It gave my husband and I back and neck pains.The carpet and curtains was old. The Cabin Steward (Tony) tried his best to make us comfortable but the bed was just bad and not to mention the smell.

Ship tip

Don’t sail on this ship or cruiseline. If I didn’t have and paid for my next 2 cruises with Carnival I would have cancel . Carnival service have gotten so bad and it shows the way they cut corners with the service and the food.

Sorry you had issues. We were on the same ship earlier this year out of Australia and had a great experience. Hope your next one is better.

That is to bad. I was on the same ship sailing May 4th the first cruise to Alaska we had a great time. You just have to find the food you like. I hope the next two cruise are better. Stay safe and have fun.
