While it is in need of some TLC and upgrades to “keep up” with some of the other carnival ships, it’s still a great time!

Delicious as always. This was my daughter’s 1st cruise and it was for her 21st birthday. She loved Guy’s and stopped there often.

All of the shows and comedians were great. I think I we would have enjoyed them a little more if the venues were updated and renovated.

Staff was wonderful. When we mentioned it was my daughter’s 21st birthday, the bar tenders (that were not swapped with guests) took the time to chat with her, ask what flavors she enjoys and make drink suggestions based on her answers. Great customer service. I did not care for the cruise director, Stjepan. We rarely saw him around the ship, but when we did, he wasn’t very personable. Unfortunately for Stjepan, the cruise I was on just before this was the Celebration with cruise director Lee Mason. Lee is so fantastic that it’s hard to live up to his level of excellence.

Ship Quality

This ship needs a LOT of updating and improvements. There were tears in the seating near the Alchemy bar. The upstairs seating in the theatre had chunks of tile broken out of the armrests. There was a bit of a musty smell in some areas of the ship. None of this took away from our good time, but we did notice that it needs some TLC. The ship layout felt more confusing to me and some of my other cruises. Maybe if we had been on the ship longer than a weekend getaway, we would have felt less confused.

Cabin / Stateroom

Clean. Just enough space for the 2 of us. Some updating wouldn’t hurt. There is only ONE outlet in the cabin and it’s under the mirror on the vanity.
