Review summary

excursions will screw you over . They will not refund your money even if the boat breaks down warning everyone friends and family do not book with . You will get screwed.....at least Carnival said if I had booked it with them they would have refunded my money. My sisters are going I told them to book their trip through CARNIVAL do Not Use ! Do Not Use they are ripping people off and basically stealing!!!!!!!!

Do you mind posting the name of the company? This doesn’t help much without it, although we always book through the cruise line because of this very issue. 🍸

We always book thru Carnival. I don't want to stress about missing my boat. It's more expensive but worth the piece of mind
